HUNTINGTON, WV : Boy dies in Huntington ATV crash on Sampson Road in Huntington on Sunday, 23rd September 2018

A 14-year-old boy has died after an all-terrain vehicle he was driving crashed Sunday at about 1:30 p.m. on Sampson Road in Huntington, according to the Northwestern district attorney’s office.
The Gateway Regional School District superintendent’s office confirmed that the boy was a student at Gateway Regional Middle School. The DA’s office said it will not release the boy’s name since he is a minor.
Another 14-year-old boy, a passenger on the ATV, suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening and was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, the DA’s office said.
