Arnold police are searching for a man who they say ran from the scene of a car crash that injured two women early Monday morning in New Kensington, police Chief Eric Doutt said.
The incident started about 4:22 a.m. Officers were on routine patrol when they spotted a black Subaru Legacy without headlights on making a right hand turn from 14th Street onto Constitution Boulevard in Arnold, Doutt said. When officers tried to pull the car over, the car immediately sped off into New Kensington, he said.
