A two-vehicle wreck on Interstate 24 Wednesday near the U.S.. 68 exit in eastern McCracken County resulted in a Lyon County driver being sent to a hospital.he McCracken County Sheriff's Office responded about 8:05 a.m. to Mile Marker 16. Michael G. Smith, 65, of Paducah was driving a 2008 Nissan Frontier truck westbound and lost control on the Exit 16 on-ramp. His vehicle collided with a 2013 Dodge Dart, driven by Lorie L. Hays, 53, of Eddyville, that was westbound in the left lane of I-24.
