Bloomington, IN : A Spencer woman was seriously injured in a crash on April, Monday 24th 2017

A Spencer woman was seriously injured Monday evening when she tried to avoid rear-ending a pickup truck and lost control of her motorcycle, police reports say.

Therese D. Hendershot, 49, was driving a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle east on Ind. 46 near Green Meadows Drive near Spencer about 8 p.m. when she braked quickly to avoid striking a 2002 Chevrolet S-10 pickup ahead of her that was slowing down to make a right turn, according to reports.
