YORK COUNTY, SC : 16-year-old from Clover killed in York County crash on Tuesday, 9th April 2024

A 16-year-old boy was killed in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in York County, according to the York County Coroner’s Office.

The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, along Kingsburry Road in Clover.

Authorities said the driver, identified as Sami Fayad, 16, of Clover, was traveling in a 2023 Toyota Tundra pickup truck on Kingsburry Road when he went off the road and struck a tree.
