Walker Township, AR : 29-year-old Judsonia man killed in one-car accident at Arkansas Highway 11 and Rayburn Road on Monday, 28th September, 2020

A one-vehicle accident just before noon Monday at Arkansas Highway 11 and Rayburn Road claimed the life of a 29-year-old Judsonia man and injured a 36-year-old passenger from Searcy.

According to the fatal crash summary from the Arkansas State Police, Mark A. Hemmert, who was driving a 1998 Ford Expedition, was southbound on Highway 11 and failed to negotiate a left curve near Rayburn Road. His vehicle left the road and struck multiple trees. It came to a stop facing south in a ditch.
