Port Washington, WI : Two people injured, one seriously, in a rollover crash on I-43 in Ozaukee County on Sunday evening, May 15, 2016

Two people were injured, one seriously, in a rollover crash Sunday evening that caused the temporary closure of I-43 in Ozaukee County.

The incident occurred when a tire blew, sending the vehicle into the ditch about 7:55 p.m. near state Highway 33, according to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office. The vehicle rolled several times, ejecting the passenger.

Dawn M. Kaquatosh of Manitowoc County, who was the passenger, was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries, the Sheriff's Office said.

The driver, 34-year-old Heather M. Gleason of Manitowoc County, was taken by ambulance to Aurora Medical Center Grafton. She was arrested on allegations of operating under suspension-causing great bodily harm, authorities said.
