Butler County, OH : Motorcyclist dead in 2-vehicle crash on State Route 4 in Lemon Township early Saturday, August 6, 2016

An unidentified motorcyclist was killed early Saturday in Lemon Township, according to the Butler County Sheriff's Office.

A two-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 4 in Lemon Township. The driver of the motorcycle lost control and was struck by another vehicle about 1 a.m., police said.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the site of the crash. Passengers in the other vehicle were transported to the hospital, police say. The condition of the passengers is not yet known.

Butler County Sheriff Richard K Jones reports that this morning at approximately 1 A.M, Butler County S.T.A.R.T. and several emergency crews responded to State Route 4 near Lafayette in Lemon Township for a motorcycle crash.

The crash is still under investigation, police said.
