The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Wednesday night.
The two-vehicle crash happened around 6:40pm on State Route 257, near mile post four in Concord Township.
Officials say Calvin Richards was driving northbound on State Route 257. Moriah Durant was driving southbound on State Route 257 with Steven Durant and 4-year-old Rosaria Durant.
Richards went over the center line and hit Durant’s car.
Moriah and Steven Durant were transported to Riverside Methodist hospital in critical condition. Rosaria Durant was pronounced dead at Dublin Methodist Hospital. Richards was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
The incident is under investigation.
