Deadly motor vehicle crash closed a section of Route 202 in Winthrop.

One person was killed and another person was injured in the crash.

Police could provide no additional details about the crash but said traffic was being detoured from Upper Main Street to Metcalf Road to Stanley Road and back onto Route 202.
