MOBILE, AL : 1 arrested following pursuit and crash that closed part of I-10 on Tuesday, 30th April 2024

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has arrested a man after he lead troopers on a vehicle pursuit and crashed on I-10 near I-65 causing part of the interstate to be shut down.

At approximately 12:09 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, a trooper saw a Toyota Highlander stopped on U.S. 90 near Azalea Road and a chase ensued.

The pursuit was on I-65 and then Sailor Road and I-10.

The Highlander struck a Kenworth Tractor Trailer, causing it to leave the roadway and hit a ditch.
