Williston, VT : Car crashes into water in Williston on Sunday, January 3, 2016

A car crashed and rolled onto its side in 2 feet of water around 3:30 p.m. Sunday off Beebe Lane in Williston, officials said.

The driver was taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. The driver’s name and condition were not released.

The driver had a dog in the car with her at the time of the crash. The dog, which was not injured, will be reunited with her owner, according to the Williston Fire Department.
