Lawyers: I-75 crash in Detroit caused by semi with safety issues

A semi truck with defective brakes and a driver with a poor record caused the crash that killed two Windsor-area children and an Allen Park man during a snow squall that ended in a pileup on Interstate 75, lawyers alleged Tuesday.
