Vallejo,CA : Vallejo woman dies in single-car crash on April, tuesday 25th 2017

A 55-year-old woman was killed late Tuesday morning when the red Nissan Versa she was driving drove off Interstate 780 near Glen Cove Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The woman, Deborah Barma of Vallejo, was heading east, just east of Glen Cove Road, at about 11 a.m. when she went off the right side of the highway, hit an embankment and overturned, CHP Officer David Harvey said. Harvey said Barma died at the scene.

All eastbound lanes were initially closed, but reopened by 12:50 p.m. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
