Two Milwaukee police officers are recovering after a high-speed chase that ended with a crash.

Around 10:30 p.m. Friday, police spotted a car believed to have been stolen during an armed robbery.

Officers chased the vehicle, which crashed into a concrete light pole at North Avenue and 12th Street.

The pole fell on top of the squad car, leaving behind major damage.

Both officers inside were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police arrested three people: a 21-year-old, a 22-year-old and a 17-year-old after a foot chase.
