One person is dead after a car crashed into a pedestrian in Lexington County Saturday night, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. on Blackville road. Troopers say the person was walking in the middle of the roadway when a SUV struck them.
The driver of the SUV was not injured.
