POOLER, GA : 1 dead in overnight hit-and-run crash in Pooler on Monday, 17th April 2023

A person is dead following a hit-and-run in Pooler overnight.

According to Pooler police, the crash happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday morning on Pine Barren Road near West Chatham Middle School.

The suspect’s vehicle is unknown at this time.

Police are working to notify the victim’s next of kin before releasing an identity.
