MALIBU, CA : 1 person killed in crash between vehicle, motorcycle in Malibu on Saturday, 20th August, 2016

One person was killed Saturday in a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle in Malibu, authorities said.

It was reported at about 4:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of Maguire Drive, near the intersection of Latigo Canyon Road and Oceanview Drive, said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Kyle Sanford.

Two people were taken to hospitals, Sanford said.

One person was pronounced dead at the hospital, said California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi.
