Hilton Head, SC : One-vehicle Jasper County crash claims Ridgeland man’s life on Monday, 22nd August, 2016

A Ridgeland man died Monday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash outside of Ridgeland.
Richard William Hensley, 65, was driving a 2016 Ford truck eastbound on S.C. 426 around 5:40 p.m. when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck several mailboxes and a culvert, according to Lance Cpl. David Jones of the S.C. Highway Patrol.
Hensley was wearing a seat belt but died from his injuries after being taken to Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville.
