Jackson,NH : Man charged in crash that killed off-duty officer appears in court on January, Wednesday 3rd 2018

A man accused of crashing into and killing an off-duty police officer from Massachusetts appeared in court Wednesday.Joshua Steadings is used to sitting on the sidelines, ever since a 2015 car accident left him paralyzed from the chest down. When he took his family to the local ice rink, he expected to just watch them from afar. However, the kindness of one staff member helped him create a memory with his family on the ice that will last forever.
