Topeka, KS : A four-vehicle crash on Sunday, July 2, 2017

One person was treated on the scene of a four-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.


The incident was reported at 3:08 p.m. at S.W. 37th and Kansas Ave.

Topeka police officer Jennifer Gogian said that a silver SUV heading eastbound on 37th ran a red light and collided with a maroon minivan that had the right of way. The minivan then struck two more vehicles, a black Chrysler SUV and a white passenger car. The vehicles came to a stop just south of the intersection on Kansas Ave.

One person, who was in the minivan, was treated for minor injuries, Gogian said.
