Augusta, GA : 6 year old boy killed, two person injured in collision with parked semi truck on I-20 in McDuffie County on Thursday afternoon, March 10, 2016

Georgia State Troopers say an afternoon accident in McDuffie County claimed the life of a six year old boy.

The Georgia State Patrol says a Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling westbound on I-20 near mile marker 170 when it crossed the fog line and hit the rear of a tractor trailer that was parked on the north shoulder.

The truck was driven by 63 year old Bertha Sue Duff who sustained non-life threatening injuries. Her great grandson, 6 year old Ayden Sizemore, died in the crash. Her 10 month old great-granddaughter, Madelyn Templeton, received minor injuries.
