ATLANTA, GA : 1 dead, at least 1 other hurt following crash in northwest Atlanta on Saturday, 6th May 2023

Two people died and several others were hurt in a multiple-vehicle crash in Atlanta Saturday afternoon. It happened on James Jackson Pkwy NW at Browntown Rd around 2 p.m.

According to Atlanta Police, the wreck involved three vehicles: a Honda Accord, Toyota Sequoia, and a Toyota Rav4. Officers said the Sequoia was headed north on James Jackson Parkway and tried to pass the Honda. The Sequoia driver ended up hitting the Honda's side and lost control.
