Margate, FL : At least one dead in violent crash near Royal Palm Boulevard and Rock Island Road on Monday, 26th August 2019

Rescue crews were seen removing a body from a crash in Margate that destroyed a car beyond recognition.
The crash happened late Monday near Royal Palm Boulevard and Rock Island Road.
Details about what caused the wreck and those involved were not immediately available.
An area resident who heard the violent crash and saw its aftermath said he’s lived in the neighborhood for more than 17 years and has seen numerous wrecks at that intersection and called this the worst one ever.
