Maumelle, AR : Police cruiser and ambulance involved accident in Maumelle early Tuesday morning, December 16, 2014

Early Tuesday morning a police cruiser in Maumelle, Ark., collided with an ambulance, injuring the paramedic in the patient care compartment. After the collision, the patient helped to care for the paramedic. The collision happened near an intersection when the officer turned the cruiser into the Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) ambulance.
