West Jordan, UT : Two people injured after collision involving 3 vehicles on the Mountain View Corridor on Saturday, January 9, 2016

West Jordan police say two people were hurt after a collision involving three vehicles.

Authorities say the incident happened around 6:50 p.m. Saturday on the Mountain View Corridor.

According to police, a vehicle driving westbound on 9000 South hit two other cars in southbound traffic lanes on Mountain View.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Another was hospitalized but as a precaution.

The crash is still under investigation.

Alcohol and speed have not been ruled out as factors.

Police say charges are pending.
