Wrecker involved in crash on Southwest Freeway

Police said a wrecker struck the rear of one car and then the side of another during a crash on the Southwest Freeway early Friday.

The crash was reported around 12:30 a.m. near the exit for S. Gessner Road.

Police said the wrecker drive was sent to the hospital in stable condition.
