Naples,FL : Two Naples men died in a crash on April, sunday 23th 2017

Two Naples men died in a crash Sunday night on Interstate 75 near Bonita Beach Road.

Joel Diaz Lemus, 20, and Daniel Ramirez Ortiz, 21, were driving a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon south on I-75 reportedly passing traffic on the emergency lane while approaching mile marker 117, the Florida Highway Patrol reports.A box truck was parked on the outside shoulder of I-75 at mile marker 117. Lemus' Hyundai slammed into the rear portion of the box truck that was parked on the side.

The driver and the passenger of the box truck were not inside, and they were not injured.

The driver and passenger of the Hyundai were pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol results are pending for Lemus and Ortiz
