Newport,OR : Woman killed in collision on October, Friday 27th 2017

A local woman died in a car crash with a garbage truck over the weekend. Judith M. Hart, 78, of South Beach, was heading to see her daughter on Friday, Oct. 27, traveling southbound around 11:30 a.m. on Highway 99W just south of Corvallis when she collided with a Republic Services garbage truck that was in the middle of dumping a recycling container.
