East Valley after deadly crash in Chandler Arizona

A deadly accident caused a backup for several hours on Interstate 10 in the east Valley.According to the Department of Public Safety, one person was killed in the single-vehicle accident on westbound I-10 at Ray Road around 6:25 p.m. Saturday.

Traffic was re-routed around the scene at Ray Road until just after 10:30 p.m.DPS had no further details on the accident as of late Saturday night.
