Van Cleave, MS : St. Martin man has died in a traffic accident on early Saturday morning October 25th 2014

A young St. Martin man has died in a weekend traffic accident in Van Cleave. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office identifies the victim as Michael Shane McCoy. The accident happened around 3 a.m. Saturday when McCoy's vehicle crossed the center line of a Vancleave road and struck another vehicle. McCoy died at the scene. The driver and two passengers in the other vehicle were taken to Ocean Springs Hospital, treated and released. The accident remains under investigation.
