MILWAUKEE, WI : 1 dead after crash on I-43 that blocked traffic for hours on May 17th 2014

A fatal single-car crash on I-43 near W. Good Hope Road on Saturday night closed both northbound lanes of the highway for hours, authorities said.

The accident occurred around 7:45 p.m.

The victim was not identified. An autopsy is planned.

Traffic had to be diverted off the highway at Good Hope, according to WITI-TV.
