A bicyclist was airlifted to the hospital following a crash Friday morning in Benton. It happened around 11: 35 a.m. near the intersection of Linton Road and Covington, near Black Bayou.
According to Bossier deputies, the bicyclist was seriously injured.
The road was closed for a short time as crews worked to clear the area.
