Jamestown,ND : Man killed in crash near Crary on December, Monday 11th 2017

A 90-year-old Fordville, N.D., man died Monday in a one-car crash in Ramsey County, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at 8:30 a.m. when a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck traveling west on Ramsey County Road 2 spun out of control on icy road surfaces and strong winds about 3 miles east of Crary, N.D., the patrol said. The truck went into the ditch and overturned.

The driver died at the scene, the patrol said. His name is being withheld pending notification of family.


The crash is under investigation by the patrol. Ramsey County Sheriff's Office, Devils Lake Fire Department and Lake Region Ambulance Service also responded to the scene.
