Toledo,OH : Toledo man injured in motorcycle crash on May,Thursday 24th 2018

A Toledo man suffered what was described as “a severe head injury” in a motorcycle crash Thursday night near Fremont, the Ohio Highway Patrol reported.

Ramon Trevino, 56, was flown to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center following the 10:55 p.m. crash on Sandusky Township Road 211 near Sandusky County Road 198, troopers from the patrol’s Fremont post said.

Mr. Trevino was eastbound when he went off the side of the road and struck a ditch, causing his motorcycle to overturn and eject him, troopers said. He was not wearing a helmet, and alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash, according to the report.
