A 2-year-old and a teenager were among four killed in a wreck in Edgecombe County Sunday. Another person was injured. North Carolina Highway Patrol Sgt. E.R. Yarborough told local media outlets that the wreck happened shortly before noon near Pinetops. Troopers say a car crossed the center line of the road and hit another car head-on. WITN identified the deceased victims as Stephanie Collins, 45; Alan Thompson, 30; Mickeyla Little, 15; and Christian Thompson, 2. The surviving victim was listed in stable condition at a Greenville hospital. All five people lived in eastern North Carolina, and the teen attended J.H.
