One person was injured after a chain-reaction crash on Route 422 Monday morning.
Cumru Township police said the nine-vehicle crash happened around 7:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes between I-176 and Lancaster Avenue.
One person was taken to the hospital for what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The crash, which happened because of traffic congestion from an earlier crash, closed 422 for about 90 minutes.
No citations are likely at this point, police said.
