Teen dies in Suffolk car crash

SUFFOLK-- Police have identified the victim of a fatal car crash that happened over the weekend in Suffolk. Police say 17-year-old Savannah Scheil of Windsor, Virginia died Sunday after the Hyundai Accent she was driving left the road and struck a tree.
