Wayne County, NY : Man killed in one-car crash in the Town of Lyons on Saturday evening, August 20, 2016

A Lyons man was killed Saturday evening in a one-car crash in the Town of Lyons, Wayne County.

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff said that Tyrone Hutchinson, 44, or Montezuma Street, was traveling southbound on North Canal Street in a 2004 Kia Amanti. He failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the shoulder of the road and struck a tree. Hutchinson died at the scene.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
